Throughout the design process, we maintain open communication, acting as the mediator between you and the engineers. Once the plans are ready, they're sent to you via PDF through email for your review. Any modifications required are communicated back to the engineers for finalization.

DETAILED QUOTE AND MATERIALS LIST
Once the plans are finalized, we provide a detailed quote and materials list. We work with you to make sure all customizations are depicted clearly on the detailed quote. Our transparent pricing is why our customers stick with us for generations.

CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT
With all the details in hand, we sign a purchase and sale agreement and take a deposit to secure your project. You are now on our mill schedule and we work with you to secure an estimated package delivery date! Our design team then sets the pre-cut schedule in motion.

MILLING COMMENCES
We mill and carefully precut your logs and other components at our facility, ensuring each piece meets our strict quality standards. We order essential components like windows and doors and allocate the required materials for your log home.

DREAMS DELIVERED
We coordinate and deliver all materials to your building site! Sometimes your home package comes on 2-3 trucks, spread out over the course of your build so materials don't sit on site for too long. Your window and door package will be drop shipped directly from your premium window manufacturer. Our team will ensure a smooth timeline for these deliveries and will keep in touch throughout the build.
