To initiate the process, a Project Management Retainer is collected — allowing us to fully engage and manage your project from the outset, including coordinating architects, engineers, and designers; overseeing timelines, revisions, and technical details; and providing consistent communication and strategic guidance throughout.
We work directly with your build team to ensure a smooth transition from design to construction. Through scheduled calls, Zoom meetings, or in-person conversations, we collaborate with your builder, concrete contractor, and key trades to ensure everyone is aligned and confident in execution. For clients building locally, we offer on-site property visits. For those building nationwide, we provide guided virtual site walks via video call — reviewing your land together in real time, regardless of location.
A portion of your drafting and design costs will be credited back toward your log home materials package, ensuring your investment carries forward into construction.
Once underway, we assemble your dedicated team of professionals to develop a complete, build-ready set of plans.
